Administering Medication
It is the schools policy to not give children medication unless we have a completed and signed permission form.
Parental agreement for school to administer medication
Once completed, please return it to the school office together with the medication. The form will be retained by the school as per our GDPR policy and will be disposed of in line with our data retention schedule.
